Vacuum Packing
The Vacuum packing process is a new concept that has the ability to drastically reduce the volumetric footprint of garments on hangers being shipped by air or sea.
SEKO SYNERGY are currently investing in this technology in our Shanghai Logistics model and have plans to introduce this service in other key Asian and Indian origins. Mail order packing
SEKO SYNERGY is the UK's largest mail order packing company specialising in textiles and apparel. We generally receive hanging garments from our clients, carry out AQL inspection and fold garments around card and tissue into polybags. The merchandise is then delivered directly to mail order houses. This department also carries out packaging and heat sealing services.

QC and Remedial
In house QC and remedial operations means that on those occasions where you need a quick turnaround of sub standard products, SEKO SYNERGY can help you on the spot without the inconvenience of moving the product to another location.
Capable of light remedial or alteration work including relabeling, buttoning or seam repair, we have a team of 6 duty QC inspectors trained to carry out AQL inspections to 100% quality control inspections.
Metal detection
SEKO SYNERGY has 3 lock inspection metal detection machines catering for ferris and non ferris metal. SEKO SYNERGY also complies with all the statuary recoring of information and needle check policies.
EDI Support Division
SEKO SYNERGY is proud to be one of the largest suppliers of full EDI services to companies including BHS and Mothercare.We handle in the region of 200,000 garments per week based on an EDI call-off operation with a range of services including hanging, steam tunnelling, metal detection and price ticketing.
This department offers a focused and dedicated service to our client base and boasts excellent relationships with our customers.
